On Dec 22nd, Capt. Wei Jiafu, President and CEO and Mr. Zhang Fusheng, Executive Vice President of COSCO Group met with Mr. Mu-Ming Yok, President of New Party of Taiwan region and his delegation at the Ocean Plaza in Beijing.

COSCO leaders welcomed Mr. Yok's visit to COSCO and briefed the delegation COSCO's business growth in Taiwan region. Mr. Yok introduced the background information of the New Party and the development of environmental protection industry in Taiwan region. Mr. Te-Ling Chang, Chairman of Winner Co., Ltd. also introduced the new project of ecological agriculture in Taiwan region. The both sides expressed their expectation that the two sides of the straits shall further strengthen the cooperation on port industry, shipping, economic and trade. Mr. Li Jianhong , Vice President of COSCO and executives from related departments attended the meeting.
