On December 23rd, the Inaugurating of Tripartite Coordination Mechanism for National Maritime Labor Relations & Signing Ceremony of First Collective Bargaining Agreement for Chinese Crew was grandly held in Beijing. Capt. Wei Jiafu, President and CEO of COSCO Group attended this event and delivered speech on behalf of China Shipowners Association, the employer party in this tripartite coordination mechanism.
